This cabin was built 2016. It is in a cove of trees on the Hungry Moose Hills property. Ideal for a couple for a romantic get away or for a pair of fishing buddies. Has an adjoined restroom and kitchen. Kitchen has propane and a nearly 360 view from the table while eating breakfast or your catch of the day. There is parking on the premises of the 17 acre Hungry Moose Hills property. The property has a place where you can clean your fish. The land also has a small lake with a canoe, a few greenhouses where you can pick berries or veggies.

This rustic rustic cabin is approximately half way between Soldotna and Ninilchik on the Kenai Pennisula. We are just across for Johnson Lake State recreation Area and its great trout fishing. It has a small sitting area with a sleeping area above. The sleeping area can be configured with either 2 single beds or a King size bed (please specify your choice). It has a bath room with a shower only and a kitchenette. No stove. There is a grill available for you cooking needs. An electric skillet and crockpot are also available. The stairs to the sleeping are are rather steep so digression is advised for those with mobility issues.

This private Kasilof riverfront property is located on the confluence of Kasilof River and Crooked Creek. This is a fenced in property that has a very private feel to it since you will not see any other homes while you are enjoying your stay. The only things you will see are a few anglers trying their skills with fly rods as well as the occasional drift boat. No motors are allowed on the river while fishing for kings which makes the river extra special. Enjoy your time down on the river fishing ,on the deck enjoying the view or down by the fire pit. The sound of the flowing river will be heard wherever you choose. Also this property has one of 2 private boat launches on the entire river that guides can easily pick you up at if you choose. The house has a private master with bathroom as well as a large bedroom/loft with a full size and 2 single beds. Large stackable washer dryer are included. Grill is in the deck as well as having a comfortable living room though most people spend their time on the deck when not fishing. However it is just a few miles off the main drag on a well maintained road. You have access a fire ring with chairs and BBQ. We are close to Kasilof Beach where you can dip net 24 hours a day--for FREE! Also near by are Kasilof River and boat launch and Johnson Lake. If you prefer Kenai river/beach/dip netting fishing, it's about 15 minutes away. *Note: there may be a few RV's in camping spots on the property.

Letzring Ridge is a quiet, peaceful spot located in the heart of Kasilof at mile 2 on Kalifornsky Beach Road--easy access off the beaten path. Our property is five acres of trees nestled at the end of the road. The Kasilof River is a few miles down the road where the Salmon fishing is always hot! Kasilof Beach, a few miles away as well, has dip netting and beach combing. We are near the Kenai River and Kenai beaches, close to Clam Gulch and on the way to Homer. This is a great stepping off place for the many activities found on the Peninsula. Amenities include access to fresh water, fish cleaning station, fire ring with chairs, hammock, and a new Sanihut facility. We can't promise no mosquitoes, but our property is treated every 21 days--It's been heaven this summer. Well behaved pets are allowed--let us know about your furry friends. We limit our RV and camping spots to only a few guests at a time. There is one RV spot that has access to electricity for an extra charge. NOTE: There are NO bedrooms or bathrooms--this cannot be adjusted on the site set up. There is a new Sanihut facility on the property for your use. This cabin is a 1925 Alaskan Homestead with a completely remodeled interior including a brand new kitchen, bathroom, paint, walls, flooring - everything. It is fully furnished and includes TV/DVD with movies, games, books, and local Alaskan magazines. We have left the exterior as original as possible and therefore the exterior looks as old as it is. The original outbuildings on the property such as the barn, cache and greenhouse are picturesque, but off limits. The cabin is located on an overlook above the Kasilof river with some river view. Our newly refinished loft apartment is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. The living, kitchen, dining, and sleeping area are located upstairs while the bathroom is on the ground floor. While animals are not allowed in the apartment, dogs and cats do live on the property. The apartment is situated above our garage, but we make every effort to make as little disturbance as possible as we utilize our garage space. Interaction with guests Our log home is situated right next to the loft apartment and we are readily available via phone call, text, or a simple knock on our door.
